  1. The Address Book Plus Desk Accessory (DA) is a desk accessory that lets you view entries, edit entries, and dial phone numbers in Address Book Plus files without leaving the application you are currently using.

  3. You can dial selected phone numbers through the modem or the printer port, or directly into the phone receiver through your computer speaker.
  4.  
  5. The Address Book Plus DA provides a simplified Data Entry dialog box so you can modify phone numbers and create, modify, and delete entries in Address Book Plus documents.

  7. Please note these rules on using the Desk Accessory:

  9. •  You cannot open the Desk Accessory if Address
  10.     Book Plus itself is already open.
  11.  
  12. •  You cannot open the same document file from
  13.     both the Address Book Plus application and the
  14.     desk accessory at the same time.
  15.  
  16. •  If you open the Desk Accessory first and then
  17.     open Address Book Plus, the Dial Menu in the
  18.     application will not be available.
